1. How do I make a booking?
Electronic enquiries about Body Aesthetics can be done by clicking on the CONTACT US tab and submitting
your enquiry. You can contact us by phoning (021) 913 1338.

3. Is there parking available?
Visitor Parking is available opposite our facilities as well as behind the clinic.
4. Do you offer gifting options?
Gift vouchers for any treatment(s) or products can be purchased from the clinic, please click on the
CONTACT US tab. Please note that vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase, and
need to be handed in at the clinic reception upon checking in for your treatments, in order for it to be
redeemed as payment.
7. What about Corporate Wellness / group bookings?
Please inquire by using our CONTACT US/INQUIRY section - corporate and group packages and rates are
available.
8. What do I wear for my treatment?
Robes, slippers and disposable underwear are provided to each guest - please make use of our change
rooms and lockers.
9. Do you have a tipping policy?
Gratuities are not included in the bill, and absolutely up to the discretion of the guest. Gratuities can be
given in cash.
10. Is there an age restriction for making use of the clinic?
Clinic - under 16's require parental supervision & parent/guardian must sign an indemnity form.
